WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept credit card payments and Paypal payments through our online retail locations, above. Because we use Paypal to process our credit card transactions, it can be confusing to think you need a PayPal account or are required to use a Paypal account to purchase.  Credit card payments can be made online even if you do not have a Paypal account.  Simply select "check out with a credit card" and follow the prompts.



We chose Paypal as our credit card processor, to ensure the highest level of security for your online transactions. You do not have to have or use a Paypal account unless you choose to. 


Please note: Fairface Washcloths purchases will appear on your statement as FAIRFACE. While we transition from Shannon Sorensen Designs to Fairface™, the email address associated with purchases may still show as  ssorensendesigns. Rest assured this is a branch of our company and will be transitioning soon.



WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Washington State residents will be charged applicable sales tax.




WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ?

We currently ship throughout the U.S. and Canada only. Canadian customers must make purchases through our etsy shop: FairfaceWashcloths.etsy.com for a seamless shopping experience. Please note, Canadian buyers are responsible for any & all customs fees, taxes, charges and tariffs incurred as a result of this purchase and shipment.  Thank you!




DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes, we do! We recommend adding your phone number as an extra precaution to orders shipping to PO Boxes.




WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

​Once you submit your order and payment, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. In general, orders are ready for shipment within 3 business days. We make every effort to complete your order as quickly as we can.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from *Paypal with USPS tracking information. Please make sure to check your 'junk mail folder' if you don't see the shipping notification after 4 days. 


Please note: orders are shipped to the address you provide at check-out. Please make sure the ship-to address is correct so it does not delay or hamper your shipment. If packages are sent to the wrong address as a result of your error, we will have to wait & see if the package is re-routed back to us. Only once we have received the original package back in good condition, can we re-ship with an additional postage charge.

shipping questions: what if i don't receive my package? [package wasn't delivered / is lost/ damaged / or stolen]

In the rare occasion that you do not receive your package within a normal time frame (within 10 days) contact us right away for the best outcome. If applicable, it may require 2-4 weeks or more to research a missing package. Often packages are found and delivered. You may need to launch an investigation with your local post office as to the whereabouts of your package. Refunds and/or replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only. See more information below.

Shipping Issues:
LOST
If it has been at least 10 business days or more (Domestic) and your package still hasn't arrived, please do the following: 1) check the USPS tracking status; 2) email us so we can verify your package was shipped to the correct mailing address. You may need to visit your local post office to inquire about the package.  If your package tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, see below under "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED.  Refunds and/or replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only. 

WRONG ADDRESS
We ship to the address you provide in the payment check-out process. If you have not received your package and we verify you entered an incorrect ship-to address, unfortunately, we have to wait and hope your package will be returned to us. Only once your package has been received back to us in good condition, can we re-ship your items with an additional shipping fee. 

TRACKING SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED
If USPS tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, you'll need to inquire with your local post office and file an investigation. Once an item is declared "delivered",  there is little we can do since the contract of shipment has been completed and confirmed. Often times, the package has been misplaced, mis-scanned or mis-delivered. See below under *IDEAS for what you can do to find your package.

If you think your package could have been stolen, contact your local police department and landlord if applicable. *See more below under STOLEN 
 
*IDEAS: If your package is marked as 'Delivered' but is still missing try the following:

  • Double-check your mail box to make sure it's not stuck in the back.

  • Check with family/roommates or anyone who may have gotten your mail without your knowledge.

  • Check with neighbors to see if your package was mis-delivered.

  • If you share a community mail area, make sure your package hasn't been left in a holding area. You may want to post a lost package notice.
  • If you still haven't found your package, go to your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to look into who the carrier was, and check the truck and local office to see if your package has been misplaced. It may also have been mis-scanned and will be delivered in the near future.  Unfortunately, since we do not insure all packages, those marked as "delivered" are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


*If your local post office verifies it has been delivered, it may have been stolen and you will need to file a theft claim with the post office and with the police. See STOLEN, below


STOLEN
When making your purchase, it is your responsibility to have your package shipped to a safe and secure location. If your package is marked "delivered" by USPS and was left in an area outside a secured mailbox, and stolen, it will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  You will need to file a theft report with the post office and police. If you need additional information from us regarding your shipment, please contact us. 

DAMAGED
If your package arrives damaged, contact USPS immediately and file a damaged package claim with them. Make sure to take photos of the package as it was received to verify the damage. If you need additional information from us regarding your shipment, please contact us. Replacements may be eligible on a case-by-case basis.




DO WEEKENDS COUNT AS A BUSINESS DAY?

Business days are considered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We also honor major national holidays. Because we value you, our customers, we will do our best to accommodate special requests and respond to email inquiries when able, after hours and on weekends. 




DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

​All orders are considered final, as Fairface™ Washcloths are a hygiene product and cannot be returned or refunded. In the rare case that you are not happy with your product, please contact us.

  • Choose a mild, gentle, soap-free cleanser for sensitive skin. Harsh chemicals and ingredients can cause irritation and reddening of sensitive skin.

  • Use a fresh, clean Fairface™  Washcloth for each face wash, a vital part of keeping skin clearer. Re-using washcloths can transfer bacteria, which can lead to break-outs.

  • Wash gently. There is no need to scrub. Fairface™ Washcloths' soothing, smooth flannel provides necessary, gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells, without the irritation of harsh textures.  

  • After use, it is important to hang to dry completely and follow product care instructions (see below).



WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY FAIRFACE™ WASHCLOTHS ?​

Fairface™ Washcloths are made with the finest, highest-quality fabrics. In order to maintain their integrity and softness, follow these care instructions:


  • Use a mild, non-irritating, perfume / dye-free laundry detergent for sensitive skin. If you choose to use a fabric softener, make sure it is also hypoallergenic.

  • Wash and dry washcloths on your machine's coolest settings. Hot water washing and hot machine drying will break down the delicate fabric fibers and cause cloths to stiffen and lose their softness.

  • It's also a good idea to wash your Fairface™ Washcloths either alone or with like fabrics to avoid abrasive contact with zippers, buttons, etc.​​

  • Wash and dry Fairface white washcloths and Fairface dark washcloths separately.
